New neighbours moved into the apartment block are confirmed NOT to be herd of Elephants as they are spotted putting out trash.
Norman Parker, London, had a few sleepless nights when the flat above him had new Occupiers
The apartment was on the market for a while and then one night the noise started. It was constant heavy footed moving.
The issue got so bad that Norman contacted the local council.
They came round, but as per usual luck the noise stopped.
Norman thought a group of elephants had moved in as he had being brought to the Zoo when he was younger and remembers what they sounded like
It was one of those safari parks. Something spooked them. It could have been the hooter I had, but they went running. It was like Thunder, it was like upstairs! I don’t mind noise, its the pet policy I’m afraid off. I didn’t want to complain to them direct, as an Elephant never forgets.
Then on Tuesday, Norman was looking out the window and say a new person at the bin area, and walking to the complex and deduced that is the new neighbour and they didn’t look like an elephant. Norman went up and had a word.
Lovely family of four, have apologised for the noise and invited me round for dinner. Elephants wouldn’t do that!
