Tomorrow is another day

A Yorkshire man has told his wife for the 6th time today that he will do something tomorrow.

John Thompson, Leeds, promised his wife Deirdre that he will “Paint the fence” tomorrow.

This brings tomorrows workload to 6 items, as there were carryovers from the previous week which included

Call the council regarding bins, fix the front right tyre on the car, remove the leaves from the back garden, fix a leaking tap and get hair cut.

Deirdre has her doubts

I don’t mind him been a lazy bastard, but there’s no need to lie and say you will do it. I will keel over if he gets off his arse and does something

John hopes to get a lot of the work due to be done in the morning as he is meeting the lads for pints to watch the game at 3

I have kept meeting the lads for the game for coming up 25 years. its good to get into a habit as you are more likely to do it. I read a book on it.

This website will keep an eye on the proceedings and see what work is done.

UPDATE: Deirdre completed the work herself as she is sick of waiting. John made his pints with the lads.
